Church Organization

One of the reasons that we are called Methodists is because we believe in developing processes and procedures so that we all know the "methods" to be used.

At Faith Community we have annotated our processes and organization in a Leadership Manual that is provided to all staff and committee chairs.

Our committees and groups are organized into two groups. Those that are involved in managing and running the church are under the Administrative Committees. Those that are involved in the outreach and minsitries of the church are under the Program Areas. Click on the name in the menu to the left to find information about the committees and groups under that area, including the mission of the group, contact information, meeting minutes and names of the members.
