Goals and Philosophy The purpose of Faith Community Preschool is to provide a Christian learning environment for pre-school age children, to provide instruction in basic educational concepts and the beliefs of the Christian Faith; develop social and physical skills; and to prepare children to enter school at the kindergarten level. About Our School The Faith Community Preschool is located at License To operate legally, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services licenses our school. The laws and rules governing part time day care centers are available upon request. Faith Community Preschool’s licensing record as well as the records of other centers is available upon request from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services or by calling the toll free number listed on the license. Our license is posted on the bulletin board beside the door to the Preschool Office. Our school is authorized to serve children 3 – 5 years of age.
To Register To enroll your child in Faith Community Preschool please return the white Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Child Enrollment and Health Information Form, the blue Class Choice Form and the $20.00 registration fee. The yellow Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Medical Form and other required forms may be completed over the summer, but must be turned in before classes begin in the fall. To reserve your child’s spot in a class the Class Choice Form and the $20.00 registration fee must be paid.
